Job summary

Copeland LP in the United States seeks a Full Stack Software Developer to architect and optimize headless digital experiences using Optimizely CMS, Next.js, and React. You will design content types, templates, and workflows, and connect frontend to CMS via GraphQL.

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps Boards.
• Knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Experience designing composable DXP architectures using Optimizely Graph, REST/GraphQL APIs, SSR/SSG/ISR.
• Strong CSS/Sass (SCSS) and modern front-end patterns.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• 3+ years proven experience with .NET.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• CMS Development & Maintenance: design, implement, and maintain websites using Optimizely CMS.
• Front-End Integration: develop and integrate features with Next.js and React.
• API & Data Handling: connect frontend to CMS backend via GraphQL and manage APIs.
• Performance Optimization: ensure speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Team Collaboration: work with product owners, marketing, designers, and other developers; participate in code reviews.
