Job summary

Strongbridge LLC seeks a Software Engineer to build and support software used by the Department of Transportation and the public. Responsibilities include sprint-based development, testing coordination, and code reviews to ensure long-term reliability.

The role requires a CS degree and 4–10 years of software experience, with strong .NET and full-stack capabilities including Angular and Bootstrap. Candidates must be US citizens or eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field.
• 4-10 years software development experience.
• 4+ years OO coding in C#, C++, or Java.
• 4+ years building .NET Framework and ASP.NET Core apps/APIs.
• 2+ years full-stack with ASP.NET MVC, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• 4+ years relational DB design (tables, views, stored procedures).
• 4+ years SQL Server & SSMS experience.
• 4+ years UI with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Receive tasks from Technical Lead and estimate development timelines.
• Follow agile sprint schedule and assist Test Team with testing.
• Peer-review colleagues' work and provide feedback for improvement.
• Take notes during meetings and document design decisions.
• Maintain source code in Azure DevOps/GitHub.
