Our direct client is seeking Full-Stack .NET Developer with IVR specific experience.Join a dynamic Agile team of 6–10 developers working to enhance customer service applications, including web and IVR solutions. You’ll deliver modern functionality for customers and contact agents across both on-prem and Azure environments. Expect a mix of backend and frontend work with a fast-paced, lightly supervised structure.
Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST preferred; strong PST candidates considered)
Type: Contract – long term
What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and test user stories
- Attend daily stand-ups and bi-weekly demos
- Work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity
- Develop integrations with APIs and various Azure services
Required Skills- IVR experience
- .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, WEB API
- JavaScript frameworks: Angular or React
- CSS Frameworks: Bootstrap, Angular Material
- RESTful services, 3rd-party API integration
- Azure Services: App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL
- Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong SQL Server knowledge: indexing, query optimization
- Unit and integration testing
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and secure coding practices
- Experience with Postman, Fiddler, SoapUI
