Job summary

Parabolic Surf is seeking a Full Stack Mobile Engineer to maintain our mobile footprint and build internal tooling. You will take ownership of two core mobile applications: a voice-driven conversational AI app and a real-time news platform, plus internal full-stack web apps and data pipelines.

You are a self-directed developer who turns vague ideas into MVPs quickly, using AI coding tools daily to accelerate workflows while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Production mobile apps on iOS/Android with React Native.
• Strong Python scripting, automation, and backend services.
• Frontend in React and backend with Python/FastAPI.
• Ability to work independently turning vague ideas into working software.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and deploy features for iOS/Android apps.
• Build and deploy internal web tools and dashboards.
• Write Python scripts and backend services to automate operations.
• Prototype and ship internal utilities for new operational needs.
