Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our Federal Solutions team in a role that leverages Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint to deliver secure, data-driven business solutions for DoD missions.

The candidate will design and sustain Microsoft 365 solutions, ensure data accuracy, and support reporting while complying with DoD and security requirements. Top Secret/SI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience; degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with DoD data, systems, or mission partners.
• Strong SharePoint proficiency (Lists, Views, Permissions).
• Strong communication and ability to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Data validation and troubleshooting for reporting.
• Excellent organization and time management; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with analysts and leadership to translate needs into Microsoft 365/Power Platform solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Build and update Power BI dashboards for senior leader decision-making.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, Lists, and data sources for reporting.
• Validate data inputs and troubleshoot data access and workflows.
• Support high-visibility assessments and structured data analysis.
• Assist with documentation, SOPs, knowledge management, and user training.
