Foxelli Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 4-month maternity cover, operating in a fully remote setup. You’ll own strategic marketing initiatives from ideation to sales results, collaborating across marketing, design, and development to convert insights into high-performing funnels.

Ideal candidates are experienced in e-commerce marketing, comfortable with AI tools to accelerate experiments, and skilled at CRO and content optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Marketing Manager or full-stack marketer in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools - vibe coding, workflow automations, etc.
• Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive copy.
• Knowledge of CRO and website optimization.
• Strong data affinity and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with real business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Extract insights from customer research and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and translate into actionable steps.
• Generate fresh ideas to scale funnels and campaigns.
