Job summary

OutsourcedIn is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion—in a remote, full-time capacity. You will build, execute, and optimize the marketing engine across paid, organic, email, and content channels.

This blank-canvas role lets you design systems from scratch, partner with creators, and drive measurable growth for an AI certification not-for-profit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing.
• Proven track record building funnels and scaling campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRO, and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred).
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience in the service-based industry, preferably from a Tier 1 company, with hands-on experience in sales funnels and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end digital marketing strategy.
• Map full-funnel journeys: Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention.
• Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels.
• Develop email nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing flows.
• Implement CRM and automation systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
• Oversee content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Track traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
