Ishvara Tech Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Full Stack Lead to architect and drive web and mobile solutions. You will guide a team, set coding standards, and ensure robust API and microservice design across frontend/backend stacks.

Lead efforts in performance optimization, security, and scalable deployment while collaborating with UI/UX, product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations like Firebase, Stripe, or Twilio.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Lead & Mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and high-quality standards.
• Design APIs & Microservices that integrate effectively with frontend and mobile applications.
• Optimize Performance by improving database queries, caching strategies, and frontend rendering techniques.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to implement user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
• Ensure Security & Scalability by following best practices in authentication, authorization, and database management.
• Manage DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines for seamless deployment and monitoring.
• Stay Updated with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development.
