Synechron, Inc. seeks a skilled Java Developer with Python and React experience to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The candidate will work on Java/Spring Boot backends, build RESTful APIs, and develop responsive UI with React.

Ideal applicants have 3+ years of software development, proficiency in relational databases, and experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile practices. Base salary in Charlotte, NC is $90k–$95k per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, RESTful services, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Python for development, scripting, or data processing.
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle).
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Experience writing unit tests and applying test-driven/automated testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop front-end components with React.js.
• Use Python for automation, backend services, or data processing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and DevOps in Agile/Scrum efforts.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployments.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
