Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to lead development of hosting-solution applications. You will work across the SDLC, designing backend services and integrating with external systems via REST, SFTP, and cloud interfaces.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, MySQL, Angular, and cloud technologies, plus the ability to document solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams onsite in Pennington, NJ and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java/Spring Boot in enterprise apps.
• Proficiency in relational DBs (MySQL) and REST APIs.
• Frontend skills with Angular for SPAs.
• Experience with Kafka and messaging systems.
• Cloud exposure or certifications; comfortable with public cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and microservice architectures.
• Knowledge of testing strategies and integration testing.
• UI development for SPAs using modern web tech.
• Understanding of IaC concepts and tooling.
• Experience in hosting solutions design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions based upon stakeholder requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation to support solutions.
• Develop REST API services with data structures and business logic.
• Integrate with external systems via REST, SFTP, S3, etc.
• Provide interfaces for internal/external communications with security/entitlements.
• Design and develop database structures to meet business needs.
• Participate in frontend efforts to boost velocity as needed.
