Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for Launch Software to own and evolve mission-critical applications across SpaceX programs. You will build reliable systems supporting launch operations, Starship manufacturing software, and Starlink platforms with a focus on performance and scalability.

The role requires collaboration across teams, ownership of design choices, and delivering solutions that enable rapid progress toward SpaceX’s ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of software experience.
• Experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Python, C#.NET, Go, Scala, or Java.
• SPA development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications to improve SpaceX operations.
• Build prototypes to validate key designs and constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Analyze user problems to craft efficient solutions.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
