Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer, Launch Software, to join an engineering team developing mission critical applications for production and flight systems. You will own software across the stack, build prototypes, and collaborate on architecture and code reviews to accelerate Starship and Starlink initiatives.

You should have a strong foundation in full stack development, SPA experiences, and modern CI/CD practices, with Docker and Kubernetes experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional software experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in full stack development.
• Ability to work collaboratively on mission critical software.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications that improve SpaceX operations.
• Build prototypes to prove key design concepts and constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Deep dive into users' problems to craft efficient solutions.
• Contribute in design and code reviews with the team.
