NBCNews, part of NBCUniversal, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its Innovation team, building core applications that power next-generation production, automation, and AI-driven storytelling across News.

This role emphasizes end-to-end software engineering, from architecture and APIs to front-end delivery and real-time broadcast graphics, serving live and data-intensive workflows that support content creation at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering enterprise-scale full stack apps.
• Strong front-end with React/Angular/Vue and back-end with Node.js, Python or Java.
• Bonus for Dotnet C# and AI/ML familiarity.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy full stack apps for live production work.
• Collaborate with Newsroom, product, and creative teams to solve workflow pain points.
• Create self-service tools for templated graphics and automated tasks.
• Deliver modular, scalable, high-availability systems across platforms.
• Develop APIs, orchestration, and middleware connecting front-end to enterprise systems.
• Design serverless and event-driven services for on-demand graphics.
