All Native Group seeks a Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and maintain web apps and backend services for the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) technology portfolio. All Native Group, a division of and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web applications and backend services within the Congressional Budget Office's (CBO) technology portfolio. Working within CBO's trunk-based development workflow, the developer delivers reliable, secure, and scalable software across a Python/FastAPI backend, ReactJS front end, PostgreSQL databases, and Docker-based deployments targeting AWS.
This position involves executive oversight of multiple program portfolios and senior management teams.
This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.
The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision‑making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
This is a full‑time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.
Travel is primarily local during the business day. Work is performed in a hybrid environment; on‑site support is performed at CBO facilities in Washington, DC, with occasional support at the Ashburn, VA and Manassas, VA data center locations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
No specific certification is required. AWS Certified Developer – Associate is preferred.
