Job summary

IEX/GDIT is seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer/Developer to support Defense & Intelligence Programs at SOCCENT, MacDill AFB, FL. Anticipated start mid September 2026. Role emphasizes data-driven backend systems, microservices, and secure search capabilities.

Requirements include DoW TS/SCI clearance, 5–8 years of full stack experience, and a CS-related bachelor’s degree. On-site 5 days. AWS/Docker/DevSecOps familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Clearance: DoW TS/SCI is required.
• 5-8 years of full stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and DevSecOps tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain backend data-driven systems for secure search and analytics missions.
• Develop backend services for data ingestion/retrieval and APIs/microservices (Flask/FastAPI).
• Contribute to DevSecOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and IaC.
