Job summary

Lockheed Martin designs, develops, and maintains secure CI/CD pipelines for platform deployment (RKE2, Rancher, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration.
• Coding or scripting experience (e.g., C++, C#, Java; Python, Bash, PowerShell) or IaC experience (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible).

Desired Skills

• Active Secret clearance
• Professional security certification: CompTIA Security+ **or** any DoD 8140‑approved certification (e.g., CySA+, CASP, CEH)
• Proven expertise with AWS and Azure services (IAM, networking, storage, compute)
• Prior work on multi‑tenant, multi‑region deployments
• Experience with on‑prem virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V)
• Hands‑on experience with RKE2
• Hands‑on experience with Rancher management
• Knowledge of Zero‑Trust network architecture
• Familiarity with Open Mission Systems architectures and deployments

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81100.00 - $150500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
