Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering.
• 4-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Exposure to React and Node.js (or similar).
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong desire to troubleshoot problems and learn new technologies.
• Desire to work on-site with a cross-functional team of scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Develop, test, and maintain full-stack software features (Node.js/React).
• Learning & Integration: Understand lab operations to integrate software with lab instruments and automation hardware.
• API & Backend Support: Architect, implement, and optimize APIs and services for data processing and workflows.
• Front-End Execution: Build responsive UI for lab scientists using React.
• Data Entry & Integrity: Work with relational databases for accurate data capture and storage.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write clean, tested code.
• Collaborative Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
