Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC is hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and test advanced data processing systems and dashboards within the CMS Agile XLC framework. Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Java, OOP, J2EE, and microservice design fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile scrum delivery model.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus.
• Building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with integration frameworks such as Apache Camel.
• Experience with messaging systems (ActiveMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS).
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, and XSD schemas.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS).
• Familiarity with Docker; basic understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Comfortable in Linux environments.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito or similar.
• Familiarity with Postman or SOAP UI.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and test advanced data processing systems and dashboards.
• Perform application enhancements and build new products across UI, Web Server, App Server, Cloud, Database, Reporting, DevOps, and Monitoring.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Team to ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
• Provide technical documentation, code reviews, and participate in PDRs and DDRs.
• Collect and analyze data to produce forecasts, assessments, and reports; support project timelines and design specifications.
