Hidden Level is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to tackle challenging problems in C-UAS and UTM. The onsite role in Syracuse, NY offers hands-on R&D experience and close collaboration with engineers.

You will contribute to a full-stack development effort, leveraging Python, Flask, AWS, and SQL databases, while learning software architecture and secure communication practices. A strong academic background and teamwork orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or related program with strong programming background.
• Proficiency with Python and Linux platforms.
• Understanding of SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL) and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop software components across the full stack using Python, Flask, SQL, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and architect solutions.
• Enhance existing enterprise tools and customer-facing products with secure, synchronized data flows.
• Participate in design reviews and document designs clearly.
• Test designs to ensure proper and bug-free operation.
• Communicate effectively with peers in a team-oriented environment.
