Job summary

Pinterest is seeking inquisitive, well-rounded Full-stack engineers to join our engineering teams. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build robust frameworks and features that empower both developers and Pinners.

You’ll design full-stack, user-facing features, own the product lifecycle from conception through release, and collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of industry full-stack development experience, building consumer or business facing products.
• Proficiency in one or more backend/frontend tech stacks: JavaScript, React, API, storage, caching and data processing.
• Experience in following best practices for reliable and maintainable code used by many engineers.
• Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies to understand what should be incorporated.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflow; strong verification of AI-assisted work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful features by designing and implementing full-stack, user-facing capabilities.
• Own and guide the product lifecycle from brainstorming to prototyping, A/B testing, and scalable implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and backend teams to launch end-to-end solutions.
• Innovate as a user to suggest, prototype, and iterate on new product ideas and features.
• Champion quality using automated testing and best practices from inception to release.
• Advance your skills by working on high-impact projects with world-class peers.
