Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud-native applications. This onsite Reston role requires hands-on work across the full stack, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices to deliver high-performance solutions.

You will design, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native apps, build backend services, and implement CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance required.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: OCI, AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js) or Go.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong database experience including Oracle DB.
• Knowledge of networking concepts incl. virtual networks and protocols.
• Security principles: IAM and encryption.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Proven ability to function as a full stack developer.

About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. This role requires hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

• This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required)

• Strong database experience, including Oracle DB (SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL)


• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols


• Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption


• Experience working in Linux environments


• Proven ability to function as a full stack developer


• BS in Computer Science


• CompTIA Security+ certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions


• Familiarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
