Concept Plus is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer for a fully onsite role in Reston, VA. You will join a team of Data, Cloud, and Security engineers delivering a cloud-native platform that ensures end-to-end budget traceability.

The position requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance, extensive experience with cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker, REST) and Oracle Cloud, and strong Agile practices. Bachelor’s in engineering or CS is required; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience relevant to the position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance is required.
• Experience with Cloud Native services (Oracle Cloud and other cloud platforms).
• Experience with middleware (WebLogic/JBoss/Tomcat) on Linux/Windows for migration to Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a cloud-native, centralized platform enabling end-to-end budget traceability.
• Collaborate with Data, Cloud, and Security engineers on complex integrations.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
