Concept Plus, LLC is searching for a Full Stack Cloud Services Developer in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications.

This role demands expertise in both front-end and back-end development with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

About The Role

Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. This role requires hands‑on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required).

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native applications and APIs.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
• Integrate and manage cloud-based databases, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements.
• Ensure application security through best practices in IAM, encryption, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across environments.
• Work within Linux-based environments for development and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong database experience, including Oracle DB (SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Proven ability to function as a full stack developer.
• BS in Computer Science.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
