Job summary

Concept Plus LLC is looking for a Full Stack Cloud Services Developer based in Reston, VA. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native applications while ensuring their scalability and security.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, possess a degree in Computer Science, and be passionate about innovative solutions.

Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. This role requires hands‑on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front‑end and back‑end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

Full onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required).

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack cloud‑native applications and APIs
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front‑end interfaces
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes
• Integrate and manage cloud‑based databases, ensuring performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system architecture and requirements
• Ensure application security through best practices in IAM, encryption, and compliance
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across environments
• Work within Linux‑based environments for development and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Proven ability to function as a full stack developer
• BS in Computer Science
• CompTIA Security+ certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions
• Familiarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
