Govra is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build an intelligent operating system for governments. You'll collaborate with founders, customers, and design teams to ship vital systems quickly.

Your role includes designing workflows, maintaining quality in code, and evolving engineering infrastructure. If you have experience with Elixir, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about improving government, this could be your place.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
• Experience or strong interest in learning functional programming with Elixir and Phoenix LiveView.
• Comfortable working on early products as they scale from MVP to production.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement features and improvements across the platform.
• Develop intelligent systems for agencies to automate complex processes.
• Ship production code quickly while balancing quality and technical decisions.
• Contribute to improvements in GCP, Terraform, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
