Job summary

Block+Tackle is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and help drive data-driven personalization and orchestration at enterprise scale. You’ll build end-to-end features across the frontend experience (React/Next.js, Material UI) and backend APIs, with Django REST Framework enforcing real business rules.

You’ll own integrations, multi-tenant architecture, QA, and release quality at the seams where systems meet, while modernizing legacy capabilities as we retire what came

Qualifications

• True full stack chops across frontend, backend, and database.
• Relational database experience (PostgreSQL) and schema reading ability.
• Strong debugging instincts tracing UI, API, and data issues.
• Ability to read code you didn't write and ask sharp questions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build full stack features end-to-end—from frontend (React/Next.js, Material UI) to backend APIs.
• Design and evolve backend systems with Django REST Framework and business rules.
• Own integration points, data movement, and error handling across systems.
• Build and support multi-tenant environments with isolated configurations.
• Debug across UI, API, and data layers and ensure release quality.
• Help modernize legacy capabilities as earlier solutions are retired.
