Job summary

RiseFi is a fintech startup building intelligent, scalable products to automate processing and improve funding experiences. The engineer will develop backend services and modern web apps, implement APIs, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work on document processing, workflow automation, and internal tooling while collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack development.
• Experience building frontend apps with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) and deployment workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications.
• Build new product capabilities for document processing, workflow automation, and internal tools.
• Design and implement APIs and system integrations with internal platforms and approved third party services.
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability across the platform.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
