Shift4 is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Financial Systems Experience team. You will design, build, and support core applications, data-driven tools, and reporting workflows used across Finance and Revenue operations.

The role blends front-end and back-end work with a heavy focus on data engineering, SQL, and financial data models to ensure accurate billing, payments, and merchant reporting. Strong collaboration with analytics and finance teams is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with backend development in .NET, C#, VB.NET, Java, Python, Node.js or similar languages.
• Strong SQL experience, including stored procedures and data validation.
• Experience building or supporting data pipelines and large-scale data workflows.
• Experience developing front-end apps using React and TypeScript.
• Understanding of SDLC, Git, testing, deployment and production support.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full stack applications for Shift4’s Financial Systems team.
• Build and maintain backend services, database logic, and integrations for financial workflows.
• Develop and optimize SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets for high-volume data.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to review architecture, UI behavior, and data contracts.
• Provide front-end support and improve financial systems reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Create documentation for data models, processes, integration logic, and support notes.
