Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, excluding internships, building and shipping user-facing products.
• Strong frontend engineering skills, with experience building production web applications using modern frameworks.
• Strong UX and design sense with intuitive product flows and attention to visual detail.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and data models, with ability to work across the stack.
• Record of owning features from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Strong product judgment using customer feedback and product data.

Responsibilities

• Build personalized onboarding and product education that help first-time ChatGPT users adopt agentic workflows.
• Create discovery experiences for skills, plugins, capabilities, and context for knowledge workers.
• Shape product flows and implement polished interfaces with attention to interaction details, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Own the frontend and backend of product features, including services, APIs, and data flows that support the user experience.
• Design and run product experiments, measure adoption and usage, and use results to improve onboarding and workflows.
• Learn from customers, identify work that agents can take on, and translate insights into prototypes and production features.
