Job summary

OpenAI’s Enterprise Platform Technology team seeks a full-stack Software Engineer in San Francisco to build web apps, integrations, and platform capabilities that streamline go-to-market workflows.

You will own architecture decisions, partner with product and business teams, and deliver intelligent experiences while ensuring data reliability and security.

This role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office) and relocation assistance to new employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building large-scale, full-stack software applications.
• Make sound architecture and product decisions for connected systems, with data sensitivity.
• Communicate clearly across engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-stack web applications and integrations that support go to market workflows.
• Define platform and application boundaries that let other teams extend our go to market systems while protecting sensitive data, reliability, and data integrity.
• Work with product and business partners to prioritize useful capabilities, including intelligent experiences informed by relevant business context.
