You will own frontend and backend work, shape polished user flows, and run product experiments to improve adoption. This role emphasizes strong frontend skills, UX taste, and independence across the stack, with impact across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping user-facing products.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with modern frameworks.
• Strong UX and design taste with intuitive flows.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, data models.
• Track record of owning features from design to launch.
• Strong product judgment using customer feedback and data.
• Solid testing, performance, accessibility, reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Experience in growth engineering or onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build personalized onboarding and product education for first-time users.
• Create discovery experiences for skills, plugins, capabilities, and context.
• Shape product flows with polished interfaces, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Own frontend and backend of product features, including services, APIs, and data flows.
• Design and run product experiments, measure adoption, and use results to improve onboarding.
• Learn directly from customers and turn insights into prototypes and production features.
