Job summary

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with modern frameworks.

• Product judgment using customer feedback and data.
• Growth engineering, activation, onboarding experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build personalized onboarding and product education to adopt agentic workflows.
• Create discovery experiences for skills, plugins, capabilities, and context.
• Shape product flows and polished interfaces with accessibility and responsiveness.
• Own frontend and backend of product features, including APIs and data paths.
• Design and run product experiments, measure adoption, and iterate.
• Learn from customers and turn insights into prototypes and production features.
