Job summary

Rotto is hiring a Full-stack Engineer in New York to own features end to end—from the interface to the API and database. You will ship production code rapidly, work directly with the founders and engineering team, and contribute to AI-powered recruitment tools built on Claude and OpenAI.

You will shape onboarding, billing on Stripe, and growth, collaborating closely with customers and the team in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment in NYC.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record shipping features end to end.
• Able to communicate with customers clearly and directly.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
• Experience shipping production-grade web features.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end, from idea to production: UI, API and database.
• Implement AI-powered recruiter features, such as natural language search.
• Create onboarding and billing flows, including Stripe integration and growth loops.
