Job summary

Rogo is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to shape the product of a cutting-edge AI tool. You will own major features across the stack, from design to launch, and drive reliable, scalable systems.

You will partner with cross-functional engineers and domain experts, implement robust components, and maintain high performance while advancing capabilities in AI tooling and user experiences. This is a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven track record in similar roles.
• Keen interest in developing AI tools and user experiences.
• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Experience updating codebases with new framework features (RSC, streaming, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a drive to take ownership of projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own major product features across the stack from design to launch.
• Feedback loops with users and with the Customer Success team.
• Partner with cross-functional engineers to architect scalable systems and ensure reliability and performance.
