Job summary
ElevenLabs is seeking a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents. You will own backend systems and agent infrastructure from design to production, turning ideas into high-quality audio, image and video tools, and shaping how users interact with ElevenCreative.
You will add production agents, expand capabilities via prompts, orchestration and MCP integrations, design reliable asynchronous pipelines, and work with product and design to ship features
Qualifications
- Backend expertise across production systems and APIs.
- Experience building agents and orchestration.
- Ability to own features end-to-end and ship to production.
- Strong collaboration with product, design and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Building production agents and expanding capabilities through prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models and MCP integrations.
- Designing and operating reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks, with strong performance, observability, scalability and security.
- Developing shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video outputs.
- Owning features end to end, from identifying user needs and prototyping to shipping across the stack and supporting them in production, alongside product, design and engineering.
