Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a full-stack engineer to build the next generation of Creative Agents. You will own features across the stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services and data storage—enabling the creation of high-quality audio, image and video.

You’ll work on model orchestration and robust asynchronous workflows, applying product judgment to evolve a live product. You’ll join a small team where engineers own complete problems end-to-end, from discovery through deployment, with

• Strong engineering skills across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building complete agent-powered features, from frontend interfaces and application state to backend services, APIs and data storage.
• Developing agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration, creative tools and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image and video generation.
• Building and operating the infrastructure behind these features, improving quality, performance, scalability and security through evaluations, monitoring and testing.
• Owning a problem area from discovery and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operation, working closely with product, design and engineering.
• You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative.
• The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving a live product, with room to experiment and directly influence the product's direction.
