Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a full-stack engineer to build the next generation of Creative Agents. You will own features across the stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services and data storage—enabling the creation of high-quality audio, image and video.

• Building and operating the infrastructure behind these features, improving quality, performance, scalability and security through evaluations, monitoring and testing.
• Owning a problem area from discovery and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operation, working closely with product, design and engineering.
• You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative.
• The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving a live product, with room to experiment and directly influence the product's direction.

About the role

We are looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs. Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts. The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team where engineers own complete problems across the full stack: frontend, backend, agent architecture and infrastructure. You should be equally comfortable building a user-facing feature, designing the services behind it, and deploying and operating the system in production. You will combine strong engineering with product judgement, taking ideas from early prototypes through to reliable features and using real customer feedback to guide what we build next.

Your responsibilities will include:
