Job summary

MaintainX is hiring Full-Stack Engineers across our product and platform teams. On the product side, you’ll work on assets, lifecycle, and scheduling systems used daily by customers.

Our core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL, with some teams using C# or Python; you’ll join a team of 5–10 people and participate in on‑call rotation. You’ll ship features end to end, partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape roadmaps, own a feature area’s health, review code, and raise the

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.
• A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else.
• Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer or a support lead as easily as to another developer.
• Comfort making progress on a problem before the spec is fully settled, adjusting as you learn more.
• Day-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation.
• Nice to have: GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end to end, from planning through production.
• Partner directly with Product Managers and Designers to shape your team's roadmap, not just execute against it.
• Own a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break.
• Review code and mentor other developers on your team.
• Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices.
