Job summary

Corgi is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the systems that power our insurance companies and internal operations. You will work closely with product, operations, and leadership to design and ship software across underwriting, claims, finance, compliance, and internal tooling.

This highly hands-on role offers ownership and impact. This role is based in our Columbus office, with opportunities to contribute across the stack and collaborate with domain experts to automate

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software engineering experience.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and APIs.
• Experience with fintech, insurance, or workflow automation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal and customer-facing software systems.
• Design backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Work across the stack to ship new features and products quickly.
• Partner with non-technical teams to automate manual workflows.
• Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of existing systems.
• Contribute to technical architecture and engineering standards.
• Help shape engineering culture as we grow the team.
