Corgi Insurance Inc. is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a new agentic product in real estate. You will be the first technical hire and shape architecture, stack, and collaboration with product and design.

Expect to ship rapidly, own data models for money movement, and build ingestion pipelines with audit-ready reliability. Requirements include 3+ years building production systems in fintech/insurtech or health tech, end-to-end service ownership, and proficiency across React, Node.js,

Formación

• 3+ years shipping B2B or B2C products, with at least 3 of those in AI or fintech, insurtech, or health tech.
• End-to-end ownership: schema design, API contracts, deployment, on-call, and deprecation.
• Ability to ship React workflows, Node services, and Python data pipelines in one week.
• Experience with migrations and live data considerations.
• Strong SQL and relational modeling skills; capable of live migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data model for money movement and ensure audit-ready reliability.
• Build the agent layer that performs real work in the product.
• Create ingestion pipelines turning documents/exports into structured records.
• Own migration paths for customers coming off incumbent systems.
• Define tests guarantees and establish release gates.
