Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focused) – Our client is a VC‑backed technology company based in Utah, building an intelligent platform that helps go‑to‑market teams perform at their best. Their product connects existing business systems, turning fragmented data into real‑time insights that drive faster, smarter decisions across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the Utah office (Salt Lake or Utah County)
Salary: $85,000.00‑$140,000.00 (4 weeks ago)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend skill set and solid backend fundamentals. You’ll be part of a lean, high‑performing engineering team where your work directly shapes the user experience and core product architecture. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and solving complex problems with elegant solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of modern, performant, and visually polished front‑end features
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data pipelines
• Help shape the technical roadmap, architecture, and best practices
• Partner with product and design teams to translate ideas into production‑ready software
• Maintain a high‑quality codebase through thoughtful reviews, testing, and documentation
• Move fast, stay curious, and keep shipping

What We’re Looking For

• Around 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• A strong product mindset with attention to UX and performance
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and eager to take ownership in a scaling environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with data visualization or real‑time systems
• Previous startup or small‑team experience
