About The Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer (Backend) to join our fast-growing team. This role involves working directly on our core product infrastructure and delivering performant, scalable, and secure backend systems. As part of a small, high-impact engineering team, you'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to solve technical challenges and improve user experience at scale.

We’re looking for engineers who are passionate about building high-availability systems, shipping quality code, and iterating quickly in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer, with time spent at a Senior level or above
• Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable infrastructure design
• Experience building applications that support 10,000+ concurrent users
• Familiarity with real-time technologies such as OT (Operational Transformation) or CRDTs
• Track record of building secure, well-tested, and maintainable codebases
• Experience with modern development practices including version control, CI/CD, and performance monitoring
• Contributions to open-source projects (GitHub links welcome)
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and own end-to-end projects
• Passion for productivity tools and delighting power users
