Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to manage local apps for market initiatives that improve the US eCommerce experience. You will collaborate with a growing eCommerce Operations team, engineers, and HQ in Switzerland to align with the global roadmap and local initiatives.

The role emphasizes accessibility, performance, and AI-assisted development within the React Astra ecosystem, delivering fast, reliable experiences across nespresso.com and related apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years building and supporting modern web apps, digital experiences, or eCommerce.
• Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms (Hybris, Drupal, AEM, Contentful).
• Web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, responsive design.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalization, experimentation solutions.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO and GEO practices.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Experience using enterprise AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
• Familiarity with LLM-powered development workflows and prompt engineering.
• Experience API integration and AI-powered customer experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure solutions meet design standards and accessibility requirements.
• Build and enhance experiences across CMS and eCommerce platforms (Hybris, Drupal).
• Use Node.js apps, APIs, and front-end tooling for efficient development.
• Support A/B testing, personalization, and experiments to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with Content Producers, Webmasters, UX, Analytics, and Marketing.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to engineering standards.
• Analyze performance and analytics to optimize conversion and SEO.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and research while maintaining quality.
• Develop customer-facing experiences in React Astra ecosystem and related apps.
• Ensure fast, reliable, accessible UX and monitor front-end issues.
• Contribute to automation, engineering efficiency, and speed to market.
