Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to manage local web applications and eCommerce experiences. You will collaborate with engineers and the US headquarters to deliver projects aligned with the global roadmap and local initiatives.

The role requires strong front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS/TS), React, Hybris, and a passion for performance, accessibility, and optimization. Join a team empowering innovation across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce (Hybris), Drupal, AEM, Contentful or similar.
• Strong focus on web performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with A/B testing, personalization and experimentation solutions.
• Familiar with analytics tools like GA4, Contentsquare, SessionCam, Adobe Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support local digital experiences, landing pages, and web apps using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Ensure solutions meet design standards, accessibility, responsive design, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with CMS and eCommerce platforms including SAP Commerce (Hybris) and Drupal.
• Develop and maintain components with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Leverage Node.js apps, APIs, and front-end build tools for efficient deployment.
• Support A/B testing, personalization, and experimentation to improve engagement and conversion.
• Work with Content Producers, Webmasters, UX, Analytics, Marketing to optimize experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance and analytics data to identify optimization, SEO, AEO, GEO opportunities.
