Job summary

SG Cap Trading is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to build internal tools, applications, and infrastructure supporting research, engineering, and trading teams. The ideal candidate has strong Python experience and can work across data systems and infrastructure.

You will develop across the stack, integrate Python-based workflows into web apps, and collaborate with traders and engineers to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full stack software role.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing.
• Experience integrating Python-based tools and data workflows into web applications.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance internal software systems supporting research, engineering, and trading operations.
• Develop across the full stack, including applications, data pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling.
• Design, implement, and document scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, and testing.
• Collaborate with traders, systems engineers, and software engineers to deliver effective software solutions.
