Job summary

Flock Homes, Inc. is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact product team in San Francisco. You’ll own features across the stack, collaborate with Design and Ops, and shape the roadmap while building AI-powered tools.

You’ll work on an end-to-end journey from acquisition to investor experience, shipping quickly and using data to guide decisions. This in-person role offers equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience building and delivering production software.
• Willing to work in-person five days a week.
• Experience with front-end and back-end stacks and data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Go, Python.
• Hands-on with AWS services and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Comfortable working across the full tech stack and AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, ship, and iterate on platforms powering Flock's Exchange and Fund.
• Own features end-to-end from MVP to production with Design and Ops.
• Influence major product/engineering decisions and roadmap.
• Develop tools for Acquisitions, Operations, and Asset Management.
• Help establish engineering processes, standards, and culture.
• Build AI infrastructure enabling cross-team ideation and delivery.
