Job summary

Talentify is seeking a high-caliber full-stack/product engineer who understands LLMs and agents. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, customer interaction, and rapid product iteration.

You will own a product that helps engineers understand why production agents fail and whether fixes work, spanning backend to UI. The ideal candidate has hands-on LLM/agent experience, strong production engineering chops, and the ability to define what to build with minimal specs.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Hands-on LLM/agent experience or proven ramp ability.
• Owns systems data layer including backend and UI.
• Strong technical problem solving in ambiguous contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Product instincts and high personal agency.
• Willing to relocate to San Francisco and work five days a week in office.
