- Build AI agents that reason through real sales workflows, recommend the right actions, and collaborate with humans when needed, helping customers book more meetings and win more deals.
- Take features from idea to production, owning the spec, build, and launch.
- Propose and prototype bets that could change the product roadmap.
- Help shape how the engineering team ships, how it uses AI, and what the team expects of each other.
- Work closely with customers: join calls, watch people use what you built, and solve their problems.
- Work with technologies such as GraphRAG, context graphs, sub-agent architectures, voice AI, duplex models, MCP, multimedia processing, and durable execution.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience in React, Node.js, and TypeScript, with production features shipped across frontend, backend, and database, and ownership of what happens after launch.
- Fluency with AI-assisted design and development, and the judgment to evaluate AI output and take responsibility for the code you ship.
- An instinct for building AI-native products, including handling uncertainty, latency, and mistakes in the user experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you can turn an open-ended problem into a clear approach and carry it through to a working product without a detailed spec.
- A bias toward shipping and learning: you scope a useful first version, get it to customers, and improve it from feedback.
- Strong technical foundations, through a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent coursework and practical experience.
