Job summary

Goliath Partners is seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer to build and deploy intelligent software for security teams. You’ll own features across the product lifecycle, from understanding customer needs to shipping production systems.

You’ll contribute across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI services; work with leadership to shape architecture; and translate ideas into shipped products that scale with customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience building and shipping software in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across backend systems, frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and distributed applications.
• Practical experience with AI technologies, LLMs, AI-powered applications, or modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Product-minded approach with a strong interest in understanding users and building solutions around real customer problems.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and take projects from an early concept through production.
• Comfortable working in an environment where priorities move quickly and engineers are expected to take significant ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered product capabilities that bring together security teams, connected devices, and operational workflows within a single platform.
• Own projects end-to-end, translating customer needs and business requirements into scalable technical solutions and production-ready features.
• Contribute across the full technology stack, including backend systems, web applications, mobile functionality, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered services.
• Build and optimize systems for scalability, reliability, and performance as the platform expands to support more customers and use cases.
• Work directly with real-world product data and customer feedback to continuously improve workflows, application functionality, and AI capabilities.
• Help shape technical architecture, engineering practices, and development standards as the organization grows.
• Partner closely with leadership and other engineers to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly turn ideas into shipped products.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:$185K–$225K + meaningful early-stage equity
• Location: San Francisco, CA (on-site)
