Job summary

Delve is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to own key product features end-to-end, working across React, TypeScript, Node.js and Postgres to ship AI-powered workflows and core user experiences.

You'll receive high-level direction and be trusted to scope, design, and build the right solution quickly and independently, with a bias for action and strong judgment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years building full-stack products in production environments.
• Strong across frontend and backend — React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Node.js, Postgres.
• Ability to take a problem statement and own the solution through to shipping.

Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack product features across our core app and AI-powered workflows.
• Translate high-level product goals into concrete backend + frontend implementations.
• Make smart tradeoffs in speed, scope, and UX — without excessive handholding.
• Work closely with engineers and product across sprints to move fast and stay aligned.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to own key product features end-to-end. You’ll work across React, TypeScript, Node.js and Postgres to ship features that power AI-driven workflows and core user experiences.You’ll get high-level product direction, and be trusted to scope, design, and build the right solution — quickly and independently. This is a role for someone who knows how to unblock themselves, drill into ambiguity, and ship without waiting on perfect specs.
